When I first started defending criminal cases in 1993, there were no tools to give me a basic understanding of criminal defense. Sure, I have a Juris Doctorate degree, and I have a Masters' degree--but big criminal procedure & criminal law books don't equip you for the real world. Over 3 decades defending folks all over Central Florida, that has been my best education. I'm I'm still learning. I'm now at that point in life where I want to start giving away some knowledge, the stuff I wish I had access to back in the day. My goal here is that you learn something you won't find anywhere else. I aim to give you truths that some law firm salesperson won't tell you as they're trying to make you a new file with your name on it. None of this is going viral; it's boring to about 99% of you, but for that 1% of folks out there whose future hangs in the balance, I've probably have a video to walk you through it. I hope you learn something, and if you do, mission accomplished!
