We help people discover opportunities to grow — their talent, careers, ideas and businesses.
We discover emerging talent, create content and build audiences around them. We then connect that audience to premium content, experiences, opportunities and brands.
For our audience, that means discovering talent, ideas, opportunities, experiences and content that can add real value to their lives.
For talent, we provide visibility, development, management and opportunities to monetise their skills.
For brands, we provide access to relevant audiences, talent and communities.
Our business is built across four verticals: TTB+, TTB Experiences, TTB Talent and TTB IP — generating revenue through subscriptions, tickets, sponsorships, management and owned entertainment properties.
In simple terms:
You discover → You engage → You become part of the community → You get access to opportunities.
We build the platform. You get the opportunities.
